Amendment #1139 to H4000

Title 5 Income Tax Credit Reform

Representatives Howitt of Seekonk, Barrows of Mansfield, Dooley of Norfolk, DiNatale of Fitchburg, Dykema of Holliston, Gifford of Wareham, Garry of Dracut, Kuros of Uxbridge, Schmid of Westport and Cutler of Duxbury moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION XX. Section 6(i) of Chapter 62 of the General Laws, as so appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking in line 198 the figure "$15,000" and inserting in place thereof the following -- "$25,000"; and, by striking in line 201 the figure "$1,500" and inserting in place thereof the following:-- "$4000"; and by striking in line 203 the figure "$6,000" and inserting in place thereof the following:-- "$10,000.".
