Miss Garry of Dracut moves to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item 7035-0009 the following item:

7035-0010 For reimbursements to cities and towns and regional school districts in communities under 35,000 for the extraordinary costs of conversion of a "junior high/middle school" into an elementary school.....$4,000,000
