Amendment #1155 to H4000

Providing for Dam and Seawall Repair and Removal

Representatives Cantwell of Marshfield, Calter of Kingston, Schmid of Westport, Ehrlich of Marblehead, Madden of Nantucket and Ayers of Quincy move to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item 2000-1700 the following item:

2000-XXXX for the purpose of funding the Dam and Seawall Repair or Removal Fund pursuant to M.G.L. c. 29, §2IIII, providing grants and/or loans to municipalities to repair or remove their dams and seawalls……$10,000,000
