Mr. Fennell of Lynn moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-0900, in line 4, by inserting after the word “commonwealth” the following:  “provided further, that no less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Grand Army of the Republic Historical Museum in Lynn.”
