Amendment #1164 to H4000

Providing for a Massachusetts Seafood Marketing Program

Representatives Cantwell of Marshfield and Cutler of Duxbury moves to amend the bill in section 2, in  item  2330-0100, in line 14, by inserting after "2012;"  the following:

"provided that the Division shall expend $300,000 to fund a program to market Massachusetts seafood" and in said item by striking out the figures "5,254,213" and inserting in place thereof the figures 5,554,213
