Reimbursements of charter school tuition and the per pupil capital needs component

Miss Garry of Dracut moves to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item 7061-9010 the following item:

7061-9011....For fiscal year 2015 reimbursements to certain cities and towns and regional school districts (with under 10% of the property tax base being commercial and industrial) of charter school tuition and the per pupil capital needs component....$10,000,000
