Mr. Holmes of Boston moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 7008-0900, by inserting after "commonwealth" the following: "provided futher that no less than $200,000 shall be expended for a grant program to St Mary's Center in Dorchester"; and in the said item by striking out the figures "$5,914,651" and inserting in place thereof the figures "6,114,651"
