Ludlow Mills Project Safety Improvements

Mr. Petrolati of Ludlow moves to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item 7002-0017 the following item:

"7002-xxxx For the town of Ludlow to make public safety improvements, including lighting, sidewalks and signage, along State Street, First avenue and the Riverwalk located near the Ludlow Mills in the town of Ludlow…$760,000”
