Amendment #125 to H4000

Provisions of Chapter 222 effective date

Miss Garry of Dracut moves to amend the bill by adding the following new section:

"SECTION  XXXX.  Notwithstanding any general or special law, rule or regulation to the contrary, the provisions of Chapter 222 of the Acts of 2012 shall not become effective until July 1, 2015."
