Amendment #131 to H4000

An Amendment to reform and modernize legislative transportation reimbursement

Mr. Fattman of Sutton moves to amend the bill by inserting the following new section:

SECTION X. inserting after the fourth paragraph in Section 9B of chapter 3 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition the following section:

The provisions of paragraphs two, three and four shall not apply to members elected for the first time at the November general election preceding January 1, 2015.

SECTION 2. Section 9C of chapter 3 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the following: -

The provisions of this section shall not apply to members elected for the first time at the November general election preceding January 1, 2015
