Amendment #139 to H4000

Massachusetts Child Psychiatry Access Project

Representatives Balser of Newton, Andrews of Orange, Ashe of Longmeadow, Benson of Lunenburg, Decker of Cambridge, Fox of Boston, Khan of Newton, Heroux of Attleboro, Hecht of Watertown, Madden of Nantucket, Malia of Boston and Toomey of Cambridge move to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

SECTION X. Provided further, that the commissioner may assess surcharge payors, as defined in section 64 of chapter 118E of the General Laws, for amounts expended from this item for the Massachusetts Child Psychiatry Access Project which are related to services rendered to the commercial clients of such surcharge payors.
