Amendment #153 to H4000

Representatives Dwyer of Woburn, DiNatale of Fitchburg, McMurtry of Dedham, DiZoglio of Methuen, Kaufman of Lexington, Fallon of Malden, Chan of Quincy, Puppolo of Springfield, Benson of Lunenburg, Ashe of Longmeadow, Nyman of Hanover, Keenan of Salem and Garry of Dracut move to amend the bill by inserting the following new section:

SECTION XX: Chapter 32 of the Generals Laws, as appearing in the 2008 official edition, is hereby amended by inserting in section 3 (g), in line 293, after the word “supervisor”, the following words: -- associate probation officers, probation officer, assistance chief probation officer, probation officer-in-charge, and day reporting center probation officer, first assistant chief probation officer, court officer I, court officer II, assistant and chief court officer, associate court officer, and court officer-in-charge
