Amendment #165 to H4000

To reduce flooding in the neighborhood of Assonet in the town of Freetown

Ms. Fiola of Fall River moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item  2800-0101, in line 12, by inserting after "land"  the following: "; provided further, that no more than $40,000 shall be expended from this item for the construction of drop inlet structures to reduce flooding in the Assonet neighborhood of the town of Freetown”.
