Amendment #184 to H4000

For patrol of the Deerfield River in the Town of Charlemont

Mr. Mark of Peru moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8100-1001, by inserting, “provided further, that not less than $15,000 shall be provided to the town of Charlemont for a program of traffic mitigation and public safety services relative to recreational use of the Deerfield River in said town.”
