Amendment #207 to H4000

Benefit for transit police killed in the line of duty

Representatives Straus of Mattapoisett and Naughton of Clinton move to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION XXX: Subsection (c) of section 100A of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in line 18 after the words “chapter 15A,” the following words:-

"any police officer in the employ of the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority,".
