Amendment #213 to H4000

Dismas House Case Workers

Representatives Binienda of Worcester, O'Day of West Boylston and Donahue of Worcester move to amend the bill in line item 4510-0110 in line 1 by inserting after the word "services;" the following words:

“provided, that not less than the amount appropriated in line item 4510-0110 of section 2 of chapter 61 of the acts of 2007 shall be expended for the Dismas House at the Worcester county house of correction;”
