Amendment #228 to H4000

Massachusetts Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit

Mr. Scaccia of Boston moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

“SECTION ______.

Section 6J of Chapter 62 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out in lines 36-37 the following language:- “for the 12-year period beginning January 1, 2006, and ending December 31, 2017,” and provided further, Section 38R of Chapter 63 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out in lines 35-36 the following language:- “for the 12-year period beginning January 1, 2006, and ending December 31, 2017,””
