Amendment #237 to H4000

MBTA Pension Fund

Mr. Michlewitz of Boston moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION XX. Section 1. Section 4 of Chapter 38 of the acts of 2013 is hereby repealed.

Section 2. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority or its successor, shall make available retirement information for all current, former, and future MBTA employees and retirees which includes total annual and monthly pension benefit contributions, in an electronically searchable and aggregate format in accordance with provisions of Chapter 66 and Section 14C of Chapter 7 of the general laws. Said information shall include name, position, annual salary, monthly and annual pension payment, and age and number of years in service for each employee or retiree at retirement.
