Amendment #246 to H4000

MassHealth Efficiency Standard

Representatives Nangle of Lowell, Pignatelli of Lenox, DiNatale of Fitchburg, Fiola of Fall River and Arciero of Westford move to amend the bill in section 2 in item 4000-0300 in line 92  by inserting after the word “funding;” the following:

Provided further, that effective October 1, 2014 the executive office shall calculate the inpatient efficiency standard based on the 90th percentile of total statewide hospital discharges;
