Amendment #254 to H4000

An Act Relative to the Historic Curator program

Mr. Hill of Ipswich moves to amend the bill by adding the following new section:

SECTION XX. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary any historic property, pursuant to the provisions of Section 44 of Chapter 85 of the Acts of 1994 shall not be subject to the provisions of Chapter 59 of the General Laws.
