Amendment #275 to H4000

Mr. Rosa of Leominster moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7004-0099, by adding the following:  "provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for the Leominster Education Foundation for homeless children in the City of Leominster."
