Read to Achieve Program

Mr. Rosa of Leominster moves to amend the bill in section 2, line item 7010-0033, by adding the following:  "provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the Leominster Education Foundation for the Read to Achieve Program in the City of Leominster and in said item by striking out the figure $1,800,000 and inserting in place thereof the figure $1,850,000."
