Mr. Scaccia of Boston moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

SECTION _____.

Section 31 of Chapter 9 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking in lines 8 & 9 the following language:- “From March 15, 2003, until June 30, 2016” and striking out in lines 11-13 the following language:- “From July 1, 2016, all of the surcharges shall be forwarded to the General Fund as provided in section 2 of Chapter29”, and provided further

Section 41 of Chapter 36 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking in lines 8 & 9 the following language:- “From March 15, 2003, until June 30, 2016” and striking out in lines 11-13 the following language:- “From July 1, 2016, all of the surcharges shall be forwarded to the General Fund as provided in section 2 of Chapter29”.
