Amendment #314 to H4000

New England Public Radio Foundation

Representatives Pignatelli of Lenox, Swan of Springfield, Curran of Springfield, Puppolo of Springfield, Scibak of South Hadley, Finn of West Springfield, Vega of Holyoke, Ashe of Longmeadow, Kocot of Northampton, Mark of Peru, Boldyga of Southwick, Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield, Wagner of Chicopee, Cariddi of North Adams and Petrolati of Ludlow move to amend the bill in Section 2, Line Item  1790-0350 on page 40 by inserting after item 1790-0350 the following item:

For support of the expansion of the New England Public Radio Foundation, serving all four counties in Western Massachusetts, to its new headquarters in the Fuller Block Building in the city of Springfield; provided that no less than $262,000 shall be expended on technology and equipment in connection with said project; provided further, that no less than $238,000 shall be expended on the construction of a new studio at said location
