Amendment #316 to H4000

SAFE Grant

Representatives Ferrante of Gloucester, Peisch of Wellesley, Hogan of Stow, Gobi of Spencer, Wagner of Chicopee, Dwyer of Woburn, Smola of Warren, O'Day of West Boylston, Calter of Kingston, Garlick of Needham, Garry of Dracut, Kocot of Northampton, Vega of Holyoke, Cronin of Easton, Toomey of Cambridge, Dooley of Norfolk, Gifford of Wareham and DiZoglio of Methuen move to amend House No. 4000 in section 2 by inserting at the end of line item 8324-0000 after the word "expenses of the council" the following:

"provided that $1,200,000 shall be allocated by the department for student awareness of fire education program and said line item is further amended by striking the figure "17,003,046" and inserting in its place thereof, the figure "18,203,046".
