Ms. Peisch of Wellesley moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7009-1700,  by adding the following: “; provided that the secretary shall develop a plan for technology infrastructure upgrades to ensure that all public elementary and secondary students will have access to on-line instructional and assessment tools no later than September 2015”.
