Railroad Crossing Route 105

Mr. Straus of Mattapoisett moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line-item 8315-1020 by inserting at the end thereof the following:-

“provided further, that a safety design be undertaken for the purposes of safely accommodating pedestrians and cyclists crossing at the Route 105 crossing of the former railroad right of way."
