Representatives Peake of Provincetown, Keenan of Salem, DiNatale of Fitchburg, Hecht of Watertown, Turner of Dennis, Ehrlich of Marblehead, Toomey of Cambridge, Scibak of South Hadley, Andrews of Orange, Ferguson of Holden, Madden of Nantucket, Smizik of Brookline, Pignatelli of Lenox, Dwyer of Woburn, Walsh of Framingham, Gregoire of Marlborough, Donato of Medford, Zlotnik of Gardner, Decker of Cambridge, Peisch of Wellesley, Conroy of Wayland, Sannicandro of Ashland, Golden of Lowell, Gobi of Spencer, Gifford of Wareham, Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield, Mark of Peru, Sánchez of Boston, Benson of Lunenburg and Rosa of Leominster move to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 7100-0200, in lines 10 and 11, by striking out the following "for the operation of the Massachusetts office of public collaboration at the University of Massachusetts Boston"; and in item 7100-0700, by striking the text in its entirety and inserting in place thereof the following: "For the operation of the Massachusetts office of public collaboration at the University of Massachusetts Boston under section 46 of chapter 75 of the General Laws; provided that not less than $875,000 shall be expended for the community mediation center grant program administered under section 47 of chapter 75 of the General Laws " and in said item by striking out the figures “$550,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures “$1,165,000”
