Amendment #379 to H4000

Louis D. Brown Peace Institute

Representatives Holmes of Boston, Cullinane of Boston, Devers of Lawrence, Fox of Boston, Moran of Lawrence, Rushing of Boston, Sánchez of Boston, Swan of Springfield and Vega of Holyoke move that the bill be amended in Section 2, item 4510-1000 by inserting after "programs" the following:"provided, that funds shall be expended as grants in the aggregate amount of $200,000 to the Louis D. Brown Institute, a community-based support organization dedicated to serving families and communities impacted by violence"; and in said item by striking out the figures "19,573,184" and inserting in place thereof the figures "19,773,184"
