Amendment #385 to H4000

Vibrio Management

Representatives Peake of Provincetown, Calter of Kingston, deMacedo of Plymouth, Cantwell of Marshfield, Hunt of Sandwich, Cutler of Duxbury and Madden of Nantucket move to amend the bill in section 2, in  item 4510-0600, by adding the following: "provided further, that $350,000 shall be expended to address new concerns associated with bacterial contamination of marine waters and shellfish"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$4,591,980" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$4,941,980".
