Amendment #400 to H4000

Representatives Provost of Somerville, Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield, Garballey of Arlington and Khan of Newton move to amend the bill in Section 2, line-item 4000-0700,  in lines 14-16, by striking out the words “provided that children who have aged out of the custody of the department of children and families shall be eligible for benefits until they reach age 21,"

and inserting in place thereof the following words:- provided further, that children who have aged out of the custody of the department of children and families shall be eligible for benefits through the age limit specified in MassHealth's approved State Plan;.
