Methuen Rail Trail

Ms. Campbell of Methuen moves to amend the bill in Section 2 of line item 7008-0900 by inserting the following language in line 6 after the word “Commonwealth” “; and provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for survey, design and improvement to the Rail Trail in the City of Methuen.”
