Amendment #413 to H4000

Kocot amendment-FY 2015-DEEC-DCF Transportation Monitors and Case Management

Representatives Kocot of Northampton, Scibak of South Hadley, Decker of Cambridge, Ayers of Quincy, Coppinger of Boston, DiZoglio of Methuen, Cusack of Braintree, Lawn of Watertown, Peake of Provincetown, Nangle of Lowell, Timilty of Milton and Walsh of Framingham move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 3000-3050, in line 22, by inserting after the word “transfer” the following: “provided, that $21,140,000 be expended for a transportation rate adjustment to fund adult monitors on vehicles transporting children in the department of children and families caseload and others included in the transportation safety regulation promulgated by the board of the department of early education and care and for case management for said children “; and in said item by striking out the figures “$79,730,057” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$100,870,057”.
