Amendment #433 to H4000

Kocot amendment-FY 2015-Firesetter Prevention Northwestern DA

Representatives Kocot of Northampton and Scibak of South Hadley move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 5042-5000, in line 14, by inserting after "care" the following:  “provided, that not less than $45,000 be expended for the purposes of a juvenile firesetter intervention and prevention program in Hampshire and Franklin Counties, the Town of Athol, and the City of Holyoke”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$87,372,266” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$87,417,266”.
