Amendment #436 to H4000

State Police directed patrols

Representatives Donato of Medford, Rushing of Boston, Bradley of Hingham, Galvin of Canton, Ayers of Quincy, Fennell of Lynn, Chan of Quincy and Timilty of Milton move to amend the bill, in section 2, line-item 8100-1001 after the words “criminal justice information services;” by inserting the following new words:-

“provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended for the payroll costs of the state police directed patrols; provided further, that subject to appropriation communities receiving funds for directed patrols in fiscal year 2008 shall receive an equal disbursement of funds in proportion to the current appropriation in fiscal year 2015;”

; and further, in the same section and same line-item, by striking the number “$253,925,538” and inserting in place thereof the following new number:- “$254,925,538”.
