Mr. Donato of Medford moves to amend the bill by adding the following new section:

SECTION XX.  Section 33 of chapter 92 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 28, the figure “5” and inserting in place thereof the following figure "10"
