Gaming Payments to Plainville

Mr. Dooley of Norfolk move to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 1050-0140, the end thereof the following:-

“; provided further that notwithstanding Chapter 23K of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, or any other general or special law to the contrary, in calendar year 2014, the Town of Plainville shall be included in the payments to cities and towns from the Massachusetts Gaming Commission.”.
