Transfer of Funds

Mr. Fernandes of Milford moves to amend the bill in Section 19 by inserting after the words "chapter 6A", in line 331, the following words:- ; provided, however, the authority to transfer unexpended balances shall not apply to any judgments received on behalf of the commonwealth.
