Transfer of Funds

Mr. Fernandes of Milford moves to amend the bill in section 19, in line 331, after the words “chapter 6A” by inserting the following: “provided, however, this transfer authority shall be limited to funds, trust funds or accounts controlled by state agencies under the control of the governor or a secretary”; and in said section, in line 333, after the words “before any such transfer” by inserting the following “,which report shall include a copy of the written request made by the secretary”.
