Amendment #474 to H4000

Municipal Debt Reduction

Representatives Dooley of Norfolk, Garry of Dracut, O'Connell of Taunton and Smola of Warren move to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

“SECTION XX. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, 10 per cent of revenue received over benchmark shall be allocated directly to cities and towns on a per capita basis to be used exclusively for debt service reduction.”.
