Amendment #480 to H4000

Relative to Certificate of Inspection

Mr. Naughton of Clinton moves to amend the bill by adding at the end the following new section:-

Section XXXX.  The twenty-third paragraph of Section 8G of Chapter 26 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after the words: “shall remove the certificate of inspection from the vehicle,” with the following words:- “if a police officer is present”
