Amendment #522 to H4000

Choate Park Dam Analysis

Representatives Roy of Franklin and Fernandes of Milford move to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting in line item 2800-0700 the following:-

" ; provided that $22,000 shall be expended for a hydraulic analysis of the dam in Choate Park in the town of Medway.. ”

and by striking in line 9 the figure “$378,543” and replacing it with the following:- $400,543.
