Franklin Safety Improvements

Mr.  Roy of Franklin moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-0099,  by adding the following: "provided further, that the town of Franklin shall receive not less than $100,000 for traffic signal preemption devices”.

and by striking out in line 58 the figure “$7,045,144” and replacing with the following:- $7,145,144”
