Amendment #539 to H4000

North Central MA Development Corporation

Representatives DiNatale of Fitchburg, Rosa of Leominster, Benson of Lunenburg and Zlotnik of Gardner move to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item 7007-0800 the following item:

7007-0801- For micro lending grants of up to $100,000 to be issued to the North Central MA Development Corporation, Certified Deveopment Finance Institution (CDFI), for the purpose of making direct microenterprise and small business loans to borrowers on a regional basis, as well as providing technical assistance to applicants and borrowers in order to foster business establishment and success.                                                                                             $100,000
