Minimum Wage Regulations Review

Mr. Mirra of West Newbury moves to amend the bill by inserting the following section:-

“SECTION XX. Section 5A of chapter 30A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 2, the figure “12” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “5”.”
