Personal Needs Pharmacy copayments

Representatives DiNatale of Fitchburg, Ferguson of Holden, Calter of Kingston, Rosa of Leominster, Garry of Dracut, Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield, Arciero of Westford, McMurtry of Dedham, Khan of Newton and Ashe of Longmeadow move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4000-0600, in line 23, by inserting after "income" the following" , and the executive office of health and human services shall ensure that beneficiaries of MassHealth residing in nursing homes and rest homes have the same copayment requirements for pharmacy services";
