On-Site Academy

8315-1026 - For the operation of On-Site Academy, to provide training and treatment programs for emergency personnel working on critical incident stress management and/or substance abuse. Emergency personnel shall mean, Firefighters, Law Enforcement, Emergency Medical Personnel, Military Personnel and other first responders.                     $1,000,000
