Gas Tax Display

Mr. Beaton of Shrewsbury moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION  XXXX.  Section 295C of Chapter 94 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out in line 6, the words, “either a statement of the taxes included in the price or, without specifying the amount of the taxes, shall state that such taxes are included in the price.” and inserting in place thereof the following words “a clear and visible statement of the current taxes included in the price."
