South End Community Center

Mr. Puppolo of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4000-0005, by adding at the end thereof after the word “programs”, the following: “provided further that not less than $200,000 be expended to the South End Community Center’s Community Youth Corp Program.”
