Amendment #597 to H4000

Bee Inspection Annual Schedule

Ms. Keefe of Worcester moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2511-0100, by adding the following:

"Notwithstanding any general laws or special laws to the contrary, the apiary inspection program of the Department of Agricultural Resources shall conduct annual inspections of bee hives starting no later than March fifteenth and ending October thirty-first of each calendar year.”
